While Rani Mukherjee could not convince Shah Rukh Khan to sign her debut production as the male lead, he has agreed to do a special appearance in her film Saathiya that now stars heart-throb Vivek Oberoi opposite her! Another man taken in by the lethal Bengali bombshell?

The film is being co-produced by Mani Ratnam and is a Hindi remake of Tamil hit ´Alai Payuthey´, which was directed by Mani Ratnam too.
